CITE Circle of Trust Network
Leadership begins with a network of trained community leaders strengthening trust, readiness, and governance in health and research.
What Is the Circle of Trust Network?
The Circle of Trust (CoT) Network is a growing council of community leaders who are trained, equipped, and committed to strengthening the connection between communities and the systems that serve them. CoT members bring clarity, compassion, and cultural grounding to health and research — helping people feel informed, supported, and empowered.
This is where leadership becomes community impact.
Why the Circle of Trust Matters
Communities deserve leaders they can trust — people who can translate information, support informed decision‑making, and help navigate complex systems. Institutions need partners who understand community realities and can help design programs that reflect them.
The Circle of Trust creates the bridge between the two.
Who Belongs to the CoT?
The Circle of Trust is made up of leaders who:
have completed the CCL training
are recognized as trusted messengers in their communities
communicate with clarity, empathy, and cultural grounding
help people make informed decisions
strengthen community voice and partnership
This network reflects the range of perspectives, wisdom, and lived experience within the communities we serve.
What CoT Members Do
CoT members leverage their leadership to support communities and organizations by:
Leading community conversations that build understanding and readiness
Facilitating outreach and engagement for health and research initiatives
Providing community insight that strengthens feasibility and trust
Supporting education efforts with clear, culturally grounded messaging
Strengthening community governance through advisory roles and partnership
This is leadership in action — grounded, relational, and community‑centered.
How to Join
